Feast your eyes on the boldest of babbles from the 2013 Couture Jewelry Press Preview where fall's exquisite trends unfold in layers.
At this year’s Couture Jewelry Press Preview, we discovered the latest trend in fine accessories: layering. “My clients are builders,” says designer Jacquie Aiche, who elaborated that her loyal patrons collect her designs to layer them and build upon a statement.
Demonstrating the trend, Sara Freedman of Amali donned the obvious choice for layering: necklaces in varying chain lengths.
Long strands made of pyrite gemstones found in Jacquie Aiche‘s collection are ideal for piling on with shorter necklaces.
The Couture Preview offered a rich selection of bangles and bracelets to layer up your arm. We indulged in Victor Velyan’s opulent cuffs, especially the one pictured made of 24k gold and pure silver with opals and diamonds.
Balance a large, statement cuff on one wrist, with layered, smaller bracelets on the other. Syna offered a slim, simple and stunning black and champagne diamond bracelet. We also adored the staple wrist builders from AS29. Their Spine Cuff in white gold plated silver with white diamonds is a wonder for the wrist.
